We went over the brief in more detail. We were introduced to the timeline, reflection blog and Exchange. In class we were were put into groups and had to pitch our researched key ideas. We were then put into different groups based on our finalized ideas. We pitched our ideas again to this new group. After were sorted into our project partners and worked together to produce an A3 sheet of our topic research with a statistic, image and statement. Our class discussed everyone's sheets to understand their ideas more fully.
When we were first introduced to Exchange, I wasn't sure exactly what it was, how it will be organised and what we would get from it. After discussing it, I understand that its a good opportunity for people outside your major to help critique your process and ideas. Pitching our ideas to two different groups helped me articulate my ideas and also gave me important feedback. This was also achieved when the class discussed partner's A3 sheets.
